Suite G is unfurnished office and with adjoining doors to F and H. Can be rented alone or combined with F and/or H. Access to two unisex bathrooms, parking in the back for 10 cars and 2 available entrances to the building, one from the parking lot and another along a pathway on the side of the building. Utilites and restroom janitorial servies are included. Wifi can be added for an additional fee.

Suite H

Suite H comes unfurnished and has a window to the pathway along the side of the building. Has adjoining door to Suite G so can be combined with Suite G and Suite F for a three office suite. Features acccess to two unisex bathrooms and parking in the back of the building for 10 cars. Utilities and restroom janitorial services included. Wifi can be added for an additional fee.

Suite F

Currently furnished as a breakroom. Contains three comfy chairs, a mini fridge and a cabinet. Coffee maker can be added if needed. Includes access to two unisex bathrooms, parking for 10 in the back of the building and utilites/bathroom janitorial servies included. WIfi can be added for an additional fee.

Suite D

Suite D is a combination of 3 offices (Reception, Suite D and E) One can be used a reception area with its private entrance from the parking lot. Suite D has two other offices that come off of the reception area. Use one as a conference room or use both as offices. Has access to two unisex bathrooms and parking lot with spaces for 10 cars. Utilities and restroom janitorial services are included. Wifi can be added for an additional fee.
